Shipping information 

If you purchase wax melts please choose the wax melt option for shipping, if you purchase anything larger e.g candles, wax melt burner and either candles or wax melt burner with wax melts please choose candle option for shipping. if the wrong postage is selected then the you needs to pay for the difference within 5 days from when you made your purchase before the parcel is sent otherwise orders will be cancelled and refunded.

We hope to have your order shipped within 24 hours, postage is 2-4 days.

Returns policy 

Returns: you have 30 calendar days to return a product from the date you receive it to be eligible for a refund. We strongly suggest that you take a photo of the product before you return it in case it is damaged in transit on the way back to us.

You may return a product if-

  1. The product was damaged when you receive it.
  2. You have been sent the wrong product.
  3. You haven’t used the product and it is still how you received it.

Refunds: you will receive a refund on the product in full once it has been returned and we are satisfied that it complies with the returns policy. If we aren’t satisfied; then the item will be returned back to you as it is still your property.

Reasons for refusing a refund-

  1. You have used the product.
  2. You don’t like the scent, as scents are subjective (However you may exchange the product).
  3. The product is damaged but it wasn’t how you received it (you would need to take this up with your courier if it is damaged in transit on the way back to us).

Exchanges and replacements: you may exchange an product for the same product or a different product to the same value if-

  1. You received the product and it is damaged and you would prefer a exchange rather than a refund (this is subject to stock availability).
  2. The product is not what you expected and not damaged.
  3. You accidentally order the wrong product.

You may replace a product instead of a refund if desired only if-

  1. The item is not damaged.
